Cisco Unified Contact Center Express offers single site, non redundant support for up to 300 agents. Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise offers multi-site, redundant support for up to 6000 agents.

Additional add-on components can be used to provide additional functionality such as the delivery of IVR applications, XML speech self service portals and call centre reporting.
